Dower House's English Summer Honey is a smooth, pure honey produced from bees that forage on the diverse flowers and plants around the Berkshire countryside. English Summer Honey is made in the latter half of the season from the nectar of flowers and plants such bramble, clover, nettle and balsam.

This is a raw, unpasturised, untreated honey which retains all the nutrients. Naturally high in anti-bacterial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It's simply collected from Dower House's hives in and around Swallowfield strained by hand and poured into jars.

  • Each jar is 227g / 8oz
  • Produced in Swallowfield, Berkshire
  • Raw and pure, as it should be!

No two batches will be the same due to the diversity of nectar collected from bees. It is a runny honey that has a tendency to set over time. If this happens, sit the jar in warm (not hot) water and it will return to a runny state.
